We support all e-mail programs, but are not able to provide instructions for all of them. The configuration options come down to four main things:

1. Server Type: POP3 or IMAP

We support both but recommend using POP3.

2. Incoming Server: mail.yourdomain.com

We configure a special address, mail.yourdomain.com, that makes this easy to remember. Note: Please replace "yourdomain.com" with your domain name.

3. Login username: user@yourdomain.com

Use the username that you were assigned or that you have selected. Note: This is the same username used to access the Account Manager.

4. Login password: yourpassword

Use the password that you were assigned or that you have selected.

All other setting that your program may have are not necessary for the operation and use of your service.

5. Outgoing Server: smtp.yourisp.com

You should use the SMTP server assigned by your Internet service provider. You should contact them directly to obtain this information.

If all else fails, please remember that you can access your e-mail using a web browser by going to http://mail.yourdomain.com at any time.
